Vacuum casting  refers to using the original model to make a silicone mold under vacuum, and then using PU material for casting molding under vacuum conditions to clone a replica that is exactly the same as the original sample, it is one of the most commonly used rapid technologies. Through this technology, not only can various engineering plastic products with similar functions be produced, but it is also suitable for small-batch trial production during product development. Its structure is relatively complex, the wall thickness is uniform, and it meets certain functional requirements of the test sample.

Silica gel made by material: Domestic, import, transparent, special

Duplicate product use the material: import PU, transparent PU, soft PU, 8150, MU55, 5690, PX521, PX210, PX223, high temperature resistant ABS, etc.

Applicable mould: silica gel mould (20-25) life.

Casting materials: a two-component polyurethane PU.

Currently used materials: AXSON polyurethane resin, Hei - cast polyurethane resin.

Properties: like ABS, PP, nylon, PMMA/PC transparent, soft rubber parts shord (40-90 D), high temperature (150 ℃), fire prevention materials and so on.

General working time: 2-4 hours/units.

Standard replication accuracy: + / - 0.20 mm / 100 mm.

Casting sample thickness: minimum 2 mm, best of 2 mm to 5 mm.

The biggest casting workpiece: 2000 *1200*1000mm.
