3D printing, also known as additive manufacturing (AM), is a technology that uses digital model files as the basis and uses bondable materials such as powdered metal or plastic to construct objects by printing layer by layer.

Now let me introduce to you the characteristics of our equipment:

SLA: SLA technology uses a laser of a specific wavelength and intensity to focus on the surface of the light-curing material, solidify it from point to line and from line to surface, complete a layer of drawing work, and then lift the workbench to move the height of the layer vertically. The other layer is then cured so that the layers stack up to form a three-dimensional solid. The molding precision can reach 0.05 - 0.1mm which can produced models with complex and detailed structures. However, the strength and heat resistance of the printed parts are relatively low. The materials include white resin, high toughness resin, translucent resin, fully transparent resin, etc.


SLS: SLS technology uses laser to selectively sinter solid powder in layers, and sinter the solidified layers to form parts of the desired shape layer by layer. Finished parts have high mechanical strength and heat resistance.  The materials include Nylon, Polystyrene, Nylon fiber, etc.


SLM: SLM technology uses high-energy-density laser beams to completely melt metal powder layers and then build them up layer by layer. Finished parts have high density and excellent mechanical properties, high precision and can produce complex-shaped metal parts with rough surfaces and relatively low precision.  The materials include Aluminum alloy, Stainless steel, Titanium alloy and other materials.
